I.G.A. Directors

The International Grenfell Association consists of a total of eleven Directors, with two
representatives from the Grenfell Association of America (GAA), two from the New England
Grenfell Association (NEGA), two from the Grenfell Association of Great Britain and Ireland (GAGBI),
and five "at-large" Directors from within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The current I.G.A. Board (2006) is as follows:
Chairman
Dr. Norman Pinder, GAGBI
Dr. Pinder, a resident of Norwich, England, is a Public Health physician.
He Chairs the IGA Executive Committee, Scrutiny Committee and is also a member of the
Nominating Committee.
Vice-Chairman
Mr. Keating Hagmann, GAA
Mr. Hagmann is a financial advisor in New York City, and is a resident of Cos Cob,
Connecticut. He Chairs the IGA Investment Committee, and is a member of the Nominating
Committee, Audit Committee and Executive Committee.
Treasurer
Mr. James Saltonstall, NEGA
Mr. Saltonstall is a resident of Carlisle, Massachusetts, and is employed as a school
administrator (finance). He Chairs the IGA Compensation and Publicity Committees, while
also being a member of the Executive, Investment, and Audit Committees.
Mr. C. Randolph Bell, IGA
Mr. Bell, a resident of Topsail, NL, is Chairman of the Bell Group of Companies,
headquartered in St. John's. He is a member of the Investment and Compensation
Committees.
Dr. Raymond Chesworth, GAGBI
Dr. Chesworth is a general physician living in Lancashire, England. He is
on IGA's Executive Committee, as well as the Investment Committee.
Mr. Edward Goudie, IGA
Mr. Goudie is a retired administrator with the Canadian Coast Guard, living in
St. Anthony, NL. He Chairs the IGA Scholarship and Nominating Committees, and is
a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. James Igloliorte, IGA
Mr. Igloliorte is a retired provincial court judge, now working in private industry and residing in St. John's, NL. He
is a member of the Nominating and Audit Committees.
Ms. Donna Jeanloz, NEGA
Ms. Jeanloz is a resident of Millers Fall, Massachusetts, where she is a business
owner and homemaker.
Ms. Agnes Pike, IGA
Ms. Pike resides in West St. Modeste, NL, where she operates a business and is Town Mayor.
She is a member of IGA's Scholarship and Executive Committees.
Dr. Robert Potter, GAA
Dr. Potter is a retired physician, living in Englewood, Florida. He is a member of IGA's
Scrutiny Committee.
Mr. Robert Simms, IGA
Mr. Simms is currently the District Administrator with College of the North Atlantic in Goose
Bay, where he resides. He is a member of the IGA Scholarship and Publicity Committees.
Dr. Elliott Miller is Past-Chairman of the IGA, and acts as an Advisor on its
Executive and Scrutiny Committees. He lives in Byfield, Massachusetts.
Mr. Lawrence Martin, who resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is Chairman Emeritus of IGA.
He Chairs the Audit Committee and is an Advisor on its Executive, and Investment Committees.
The Controller of the International Grenfell Association is Mr. Oliver Spalding,
who works with the investment firm Welch Forbes in Boston.
